4 Ingredient Cheesecake Dip
The four simple ingredients used to make this cheesecake dip are: Cream Cheese, Powdered Sugar, Heavy Cream, and Frozen Mixed Berries. You could also use frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, or whatever other frozen fruit you have on hand!
You can also choose to use fresh blackberries and raspberries in this recipe. I would not recommend using fresh blueberries or strawberries unless you plan to chop them up in small pieces before adding them to the cream cheese. Fresh fruit is not as soft as thawed frozen fruit, so you will be left with larger chunks of fruit in your dip if you choose to use fresh fruit.

Light and fluffy cheesecake dip
This dip is so light and fluffy, which makes it exactly what you want for a dip. Your guests won’t be breaking their graham crackers in this dip trying to get a good scoop. Instead, you can easily scoop up a dollop of this fluffy cheesecake dip with no fears of breaking your graham cracker.
The light, fluffy texture of this dip makes it irresistible. You’ll find yourself going back for dip after dip!

What can you dip in cheesecake dip?
Although graham crackers go exceptionally well with this mixed berry cheesecake dip, they are by no means the only delicious option! Here are a few other great options to have on hand for dipping into this sweet dip.
Strawberries
Apple Slices
Bananas
Pretzels
Vanilla Wafers
Marshmallows
Oreos
Teddy Grahams
Rolled Wafer Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1 8oz Package Cream Cheese
1 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
How to make Mixed Berry Cheesecake Dip
Begin by allowing the frozen mixed berries to thaw out at room temperature until they are soft. If you don’t have time for this step, you can pop them in the microwave for 15 seconds or so (You don’t want them hot).
Using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Next, add the powdered sugar and mixed berries and mix until very well combined.
Lastly, add in the heavy whipping cream and beat on medium-high speed for about 3 minutes, or until very light and fluffy.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can store this dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. The dip will get less fluffy the longer it is stored in the refrigerator, so try not to make it too far in advance.
If you use graham crackers for dipping, you’ll need about 1/2 of a box, or 1 1/2 sleeves of graham crackers.
